Yes - Tipping is completely acceptable for the cleaning team and very much appreciated. Feel free to ask them for their personal CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal or if you want to do everything in one payment form let them know the amount and we will make sure they receive the full tip.
We do not use "tip pools" or "tip sharing" and we make sure the cleaning tech receives 100% of the tip.
Yes - We are fully insured thru The Hartford insurance company and we are a fully registered Limited Liability Company (LLC)
We are based in Pontotoc Mississippi and service with a 35 to 40 mile radius. We consistently look for local cleaners in new areas to expand our service area and service more customers. We currently service the following areas:

No - we do not require a contract. You can schedule one-time cleanings or we can set you up on recurring cleaning schedule.
**On first time cleaning we do require payment BEFORE the service is performed.**
Yes if requested. We provide all cleaning materials needed for each cleaning level but if you have special needs please let us know at the time of booking.
**Please provide trash bags for each clean so we can take out all trash and replace with an empty trash bag in your bins.**
**Safety for You, Your Children, Your Pets, & Our Clean Team comes 1st- Any animals or small children should be moved to a confined and monitored space as to reduce potential of anyone being exposed to any cleaning supplies or wet surfaces during the cleaning process.**
When we arrive we will do a walk-through of your home with you and make notes of any and all areas that will be cleaned during the scheduled appointment and review the quoted price with you to make sure all expectations have been discussed and priced appropriately. This is a good time to make us aware of any areas you would like extra attention on during the cleaning.
As we finish up the walk-through we will discuss your form of payment and get that taken care of before starting the cleaning. We accept Cash, Check, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Credit Cards, or Debit Cards.
After the walk-through our cleaners will get to work. They will find a limited traffic centralized area to put down a protective blanket and place all cleaning supplies and chemicals on the blanket to prevent damage to certain kinds of floors, furniture, counters etc.
Cleaning generally starts in the furthest most areas of the home and works toward the entrance/exit point of the home as to minimize overlooking any area and minimizes traffic to those areas once they are done (wet footprints, dirt from shoes, etc.)
Once the cleaning is complete we will do a 2nd walk-through with you to make sure you are 100% happy with all work that has been discussed and all services provided.
Once you are completely happy with the cleaning we will provide you with a quick and easy way to get back in touch with us when you need your next cleaning or confirm your recurring schedule that has been previously discussed.

Yes - many of our recurring customers (residential & commercial) only see our results after a cleaning is done. We use Tile tracking system for all keys in our possession and we also have customers that set us our own code on security systems so we can do their cleaning while they are at work and want to come home to a clean house.
Our cleaners are fully insured and also wear body cameras just in case anything happens and we need to go back and check footage.
**On your first cleaning we do prefer to have the homeowner present to make sure we have a successful walkthrough BEFORE and AFTER the cleaning is done.**
We have a Satisfaction Guarantee policy to make sure you are happy with all of our services.
We strive for 100% perfection but if we fall short of that goal we will make it right.
Depending on the situation we have several options to make sure you are completely happy with the service that was discussed and agreed to during the walk-through. It is best to respectfully communicate any issue on the post clean walk-through BEFORE they have loaded up all cleaning equipment back into their vehicles so you are happy with the job before our team leaves.
